I’ve always had a deep connection to agriculture. That passion led me to study in the field and begin my first job at an irrigation company, where I quickly learned the importance of combining technology with agronomy. Those early experiences shaped my belief that better yields don’t happen by chance—they happen through science, knowledge, and the right practices. At Paragon, our focus has always been to deliver farmers not just products, but the right solutions and agronomy support that show real results in the field. When growers see improved yields, lower costs, and stronger outcomes, that is where our work truly comes alive.
Over the years, Paragon has grown by leaps and bounds—from one employee at the start to more than 650 today. But in many ways, it still feels like day one. That entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to farmers is at the core of our culture. With these values, we’ve grown faster, better, and more sustainably—proudly becoming a net carbon neutral company while helping farmers grow more with less.

I grew up as the son of a farmer, so I’ve lived the challenges growers face every single day. That experience has shaped who I am and what Paragon Irrigation stands for. When we started back in 1992, it was just a small distributorship with a simple mission: to make farming easier, more efficient, and more rewarding.
Over the years, we’ve grown into a global company, but our heart is still in the fields with the farmers. Innovation has been our constant focus—finding better ways to save water, improve yields, and give growers the tools they need to succeed.
Now, as we celebrate 30 years of Paragon, we’re entering an exciting new phase. We’re expanding our presence in North America, Latin America, and Kenya, so we can work even closer with farmers across the world. I truly believe the future of agriculture holds immense promise, and that a real revolution in farming is just around the corner. My vision is for Paragon to stand at the forefront of that change—helping farmers not just to grow more, but to grow better, in a way that secures food and opportunity for the generations to come.
